The currency conversion is based on the exchange rate on the day of the transfer, not at the time of purchase. This means there may be a small discrepancy if the exchange has fluctuated.

If you believe that you have been reimbursed incorrectly, please let us know the amounts for each receipt and the total amount you wish to be reimbursed and we will need to reach out to your company to confirm if the difference can be reimbursed.
