Who can use this feature?

  • If you are a coordinator, you can update the contact on your own trips. If you are an admin then you can update the contact on all trips.

Step 1: Select the trip you'd like to update the contact for from your dashboard. If you are an admin you can access the trip by clicking reports > all guests > then click the name of the guest.

Step 2: From the guest itinerary, click “share” in the top right corner and enter the co-worker's email address and click “update primary contact”.
