Pana pre-pays for all hotel rooms using a credit card authorization form.  We confirm the hotel has received the payment and confirm a second time 24 hours before your check-in date. Despite our efforts to ensure no mistakes are made, occasionally the hotel will charge your personal card that's held for incidentals for the room and tax. 

If you see that your card has been charged, you can provide the credit card number that should have been charged to the front desk.  The virtual credit card  information is attached to your booking email. 

If you have checked out of the hotel and prefer Pana handles the charges, reach out to hi@pana.com and we will contact the hotel on your behalf to reverse the charges!
