While reconciling your invoices through Pana, if you need to find a specific receipt follow the below steps: 

If you have the guests name, or invoice number use the filter button at the top of the "All Transactions" report to narrow your results

If this doesn't yield the receipt you're looking for, try clicking the "amount" button and sorting by dollar amount

If you find the transaction amount you're looking for, click on the chart and scroll to the right to find the downloadable receipt 

If you're still unable to find the transaction in question, it could be a bug in which case you should reach out to support@pana.com 

It also could be your monthly subscription fees so check with your internal billing team or reach out to your CSM to confirm!
