Cabin Classes

  • Economy - Standard Economy Class fares offer the best value for money and often include benefits such as complimentary meals and beverages.
  • Premium Economy - Premium Economy flights bridge the gap between Economy cabins and Business Class comforts, with premium seating and various other benefits.
  • Business Class - Space and convenience are at the forefront of Business Class cabins, allowing passengers to continue working while on board.
  • First Class - First Class travel offers more space, premium menus and larger seats that generally convert to fully flat beds for optimal comfort.

Ticket Types

  • One Way Ticket - single flight between two destinations
  • Return Ticket - a flight to a destination and back to the original departure point
  • Stop-Over - a scheduled break between flights lasting longer than 24 hours, at an in-between point when flying to a destination
  • Lay-Over - when you have a ticket to a destination that has an enforced stop. Generally this stop is to swap aircraft or mode of transport or to refuel the aircraft at a designated stop
  • Open-Jaw Ticket - allows travelers to fly into one destination and return to the original departure point from a different destination
  • Multi-Stop Ticket - individually tailored or pre-packaged flight itinerary that allows travelers to stop off at multiple destinations before returning to their original point
  • Mixed Class Ticket - individually tailored airfare that allows travelers to fly in different airline classes on different flights
  • Hacker Fare - two one-way tickets used for a round-trip flight typically operated by separate airlines¬†
  • Refundable - Refundable tickets can be returned for a refund. Some tickets are fully refundable. Other tickets require an airline service fee in order to process a refund.¬†
  • Non-Refundable - ticket cannot be refunded. However, if you cannot use your ticket, you may be able to apply its value toward a future flight
