Who can use this feature?
Available to all Pana members which includes the Free, Concierge, or Business plans.

Overview

One of the most loved Pana features is the one click itineraries. 

When you connect your email inbox Crosby, our bot, pieces together your travel confirmations and bookings to create a live itinerary for each of your trips. Plus, everything's available offline for easy access.

In order to gather your travel bookings into one beautiful itinerary you'll need to either connect your email or forward booking confirmation emails to import@pana.com.

Connecting your Gmail account

If you'd like to connect your Gmail email to Pana, so that we can automatically pull your travel bookings, follow the instructions below:

  1. Tap the profile icon (in the top left hand corner of your screen) to access the Profile section
  2. Tap Connect new email
  3. Select Gmail
  4. Enter your email
  5. Type in your password

Connecting your Office 365 account

If you'd like to connect your Office 365 email to Pana, so that we can automatically pull your travel bookings, follow the instructions below:

  3. Select Other
  4. Enter your email
  5. Type in your password
  6. Type outlook.office365.com into the Host field

Connecting your Outlook, Hotmail, or Live accounts

If you'd like to connect your Outlook, Hotmail, or Live email to Pana, so that we can automatically pull your travel bookings, follow the instructions below:

  2. Tap Connect new email
  3. Select Other
  4. Enter your email
  5. Type in your password
  6. Type imap-mail.outlook.com into the Host field

Connecting your iCloud account

Having trouble connecting your iCloud email account even though you know you entered your email and password correctly?

If you have two step verification setup for your iCloud account Apple will block Pana's request to sync with your email account. But, Apple now allows you to create has an app-specific password to get around this issue.

Connecting your Yahoo! account

We don't currently support automatic email syncing with Yahoo! email addresses. If you do have a Yahoo! email address you can forward your bookings to import@pana.com and we will automatically add the bookings to your itinerary.

Forwarding emails to Pana

If you would prefer not to connect your email directly with Pana you can still use the service by forwarding your booking confirmation emails to import@pana.com.
