Who can use this feature?
Available to team admins on the Pana Business plan.

Pana Reports will let you see all of your team's travel purchases made via Pana and shed some light on that dreaded T&E number.

To access Pana reports click Reports in the navigation bar.

Sorting & filtering travel purchases

Whether you're trying to understand total travel spend over a 2-week period of time, figuring out how much "Jane" spent on travel in the last 2 months, or trying to derive any other insights from your travel, we've made it incredibly simple to dig into your team's travel purchase data.

You can sort all purchases by Date, Amount, Employee, Description, Card, and Employee Code. To sort by a specific column click on the column heading

You can click on the column heading more than once to switch between ascending and descending order.

Filtering travel purchases in Pana can quickly provide major insights into your T&E spend. You can filter all purchases made via Pana by employee first or last name and/or dates. We will automatically adjust the total amount spend on travel, based on the filtered selection.

By employee name

To filter by employee begin typing either the first or last name in the Filter by employee... field. You can't search for the first and last name of a team member at the same time, so make sure to use one or the other.

By date

You can filter by date in addition to employee name. To do so, click on the start or end date fields and adjust them accordingly.

Exporting to CSV

A CSV file holds data in a format that can easily be opened with programs like Microsoft Excel. Many Pana team admins find it useful to convert travel purchases into this format to share with their accountant/bookkeeper or to import into other accounting software.

For a walkthrough on setting up an Expensify integration click here and for a guide on setting up a Concur integration click here.

When exporting the CSV, it will only include the data that has been filtered. If you'd like to export all travel data make sure to remove the filters.

If you'd like to download a CSV, here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Need to apply some filters? Do so now by following the instructions above.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Export CSV button.
  4. An email will be sent to you with a link and instructions on how to download the CSV.
